OUR CANCELLATION POLICY

 

We understand that sometimes certain circumstances are unavoidable, and you may have to change your schedule. We kindly ask you to please give us at least 24 hours’ notice, otherwise, your booking fee will be used to cover your appointment. 

 

It is very difficult to fill appointments at short notice, but if we do, we will happily transfer your booking fee to the rescheduled date of your appointment.

As a small business and for individual stylists, missed appointments or late cancellations have a huge knock of effect with team income.

Should you, unfortunately, miss or cancel at short notice on 2 occasions, a 50% deposit will be required to pre-book your next appointment.

If you need to cancel, please give us a call and if we are not available, leave a voice mail. This is picked up the following morning. Please don’t text, email or put a message on social media…This is in case we don’t pick up your message.
